SUPPORTING YOUR FAMILY at I.E.P. MEETINGS, PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES & THE REGIONAL CENTER

Ed AdvocacyYou must be your child’s own advocate but sometimes you need a little help along the way. That’s where we come in. It’s no secret that obtaining support services for your child can be an uphill battle. We strive for Educational Equality and work as the Collaborate Advocate between your family, the school, and the state to help get the services your child needs to be a successful student.

Review Our Educational Advocacy Services below:

  • Parent/Teacher Conferences: We are ready and able to attend even the simplest of meetings, like a Parent/Teacher Conference. Your child’s teacher can provide great insight into classroom challenges. If there’s something not quite right, we can help ask the right questions to figure out the right solutions.
  • California State Regional Center: If your child is diagnosed with a Developmental Disability, recognized by the State of California as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Intellectual Disability or Disabling Conditions Closely Related to Intellectual Disability or Requiring Similar Treatment you may qualify for state funded assistance. However, to obtain those services can sometimes be a long road, full of many assessments and lots of paperwork. We work as a Collaborative Advocate to help you navigate the resource channels and supporting and guiding your family through the eligibility and appeal process at any of the 21 Regional Centers throughout the State of California.
